How Not to Buy a Lemon — Complete Used Car Buying Kit is a digital educational product intended to help used-car buyers inspect, verify, test drive and evaluate a vehicle before purchase.
The current product includes the illustrated Complete Used Car Buying Kit together with its companion inspection, test-drive, seller-question, PPI and walk-away tools.
The guide is designed to support better buying decisions. It does not replace a qualified mechanic, pre-purchase inspection, legal advice, official vehicle-history records, roadworthiness inspection or manufacturer guidance.
Price and payment
The Complete Used Car Buying Kit is sold for a one-time base price of US$14.99.
Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes may be added at checkout depending on the purchaser's location.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through the HNTBAL Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and handles applicable transaction taxes, refunds and chargeback administration for those purchases.
There is no subscription or recurring HNTBAL charge associated with this product.
Digital delivery
This is a digital-only product. No physical item will be shipped.
After a successful purchase, Lemon Squeezy will provide access to the purchased files through the order confirmation and receipt process. Customers can also regain access to eligible purchased files through Lemon Squeezy's order-access system.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and for retaining access to that email account.
If you complete a purchase but cannot access your files, contact [email protected].
Please include enough information for us to locate the purchase, but do not email payment-card numbers, banking credentials or passwords.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Because the Complete Used Car Buying Kit is a digital product that is made available immediately after a successful purchase, all sales are generally final once access to the digital files has been provided.
We do not normally provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use the product, or because a customer has finished reading or downloading the materials.
If you experience a genuine technical delivery problem, receive a duplicate charge, or believe the product is materially different from how it was described, contact [email protected]. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve it.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and may process refunds or chargeback-related actions in accordance with its own policies.
Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a license to use the supplied guide and companion tools for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may reasonably download the files to your own devices and print copies for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, republish or commercially reproduce the files, or claim the content or artwork as your own.
Purchasing the product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.
Educational and vehicle-condition disclaimer
The Complete Used Car Buying Kit provides general educational guidance for used-car buyers.
Vehicle symptoms often have more than one possible cause. A visible or audible symptom should not be treated as proof that a particular component has failed unless it has been properly diagnosed.
The guide does not certify that any vehicle is safe, roadworthy, mechanically sound, free from hidden defects or suitable for purchase.
Where an important concern cannot be resolved through documents, inspection or a test drive, the buyer should seek an appropriately qualified independent professional or pre-purchase inspection before paying for the vehicle.
Local laws and vehicle records
Vehicle ownership, registration, title or logbook systems, finance and lien records, stolen-vehicle databases, write-off or salvage records, roadworthiness inspections, recalls and consumer protections vary between countries and jurisdictions.
The guide explains what to verify, but it does not represent any single country's process as universal.
Buyers remain responsible for using the appropriate official or reputable verification services available where the vehicle is being purchased.
Product updates
HNTBAL may improve, correct or update its digital products over time.
A purchase does not guarantee lifetime access to every future edition, new product, model-specific report or additional service unless that entitlement is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
If we replace a file because of a correction affecting your existing purchase, we may make the corrected version available through the applicable delivery platform where practical.
